Learning Session, Teleconference, Written Report and AIMTracking File Submission Dates

Learning Sessions

Venue: Four Points by Sheraton, 7230 Argyll Road, Edmonton

AIM 15 Half Day Pre-Work Session:
Friday, September 23, 2011
1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
(a light lunch will be available at 12:30 p.m., with the session starting promptly at 1:00 p.m.)

AIMTracking File Submission

On the Monday of the week of each learning session please email a copy of your AIMTracking file(s) for review by the AIM Measurement Support Team to Jo Humeny at:

Breakfast will be available from 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on each day of the Learning Sessions.

October 7, 2011 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)

January 12, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
January 13, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)

Learning Session 3

March 22, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
March 23, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)

Learning Session 4 May 17, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
May 18, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)
Learning Session 5 June 28, 2012 (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Teleconferences:

Individual Calls

Individual team calls with faculty will be scheduled by the AIM office, through your team facilitators

AIMTracking File Submission (Individual Calls ONLY)

At least 2 days prior to your team's scheduled individual call with faculty please email a copy of your AIMTracking file(s) to Jo Humeny

Your assigned faculty will need time to review your file(s) prior to the call.

Collaborative Calls

All collaborative calls (below) are from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. MST. The teleconference number and participant code is: 1-866-835-7774   3851397#

Written Reports:

AIMTracking File Submission

Along with each written report also submit your team's AIMTracking file(s) for review by your assigned faculty.


Email your written reports & tracking files to Jo Humeny:

Your assigned faculty reviews your report and tracking file(s) as a set.

IMPORTANT: as your reports are cumulative documents please ensure you use the copy with your most recent faculty feedback to write your next report.

Example:

Team A submits their December report and receives feedback from their faculty.
In February the team should use the report that contains both their December team report and faculty feedback to write their February report.
